Working At Jefferson's Monticello Home
It was the summer of 1976 and I was doing some traveling with my mother and my aunt. We were doing the Washington, D.C. and surrounding area tourist thing.
We walked into the kitchen, which was a separate building off the main house, and there she was. A stately figure and proud.
Not being able to set up a tripod, I had to hand hold an eight of a second exposure time. I did some touch up on the image years later in a digital imaging manipulation program.
I would like to get back in the area again and see what I can find this time.
