I was drawing shapes and interlocking them and I came up with an interesting form. I colored it, duplicated it and mirrored it.
As I looked at it I saw the spine of someone who was bent over. I thought about how my back feels before a chiropractic adjustment. I also thought about how good my back feels after a visit to the chiropractor.
