I got on a kick to do some portraits of people I knew and worked with. I did around 15 and culled them down to what I have displayed on the web site.
This woman was a go-getter. She was a good reporter, had a good nose for a story.
She didn't appreciate the cigarette in the portrait, but she smoked, so it stayed. I worked with her at a local weekly paper and I found out later she had gone to the local daily paper in town.
